The task
Wholesale reorders run by phone and e-mail. Prices and assortments differ per customer, approvals live in mail threads, and the field team needs the order where they are standing – in the customer's warehouse, often without reception. Every media break is a source of errors, credit notes and rework in the back office.
What QuickSelect does
- Offline cart with later sync; changes from the ERP validation are flagged visibly
- Barcode and QR scanning, fast search even in large catalogues, favourites and reordering from history
- Customer-specific assortments plus contract and tiered pricing – enforced automatically, identical on Android and web

Integration and operations
The ERP remains the system of record. Hand-off goes through the interfaces your ERP offers – API or CSV exchange; we have experience with SAP integrations. Hosted in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in the Netherlands, or on your infrastructure if you prefer.
