Many mid-sized companies that call us already have a proposal on the table: 60,000 €, six months, thirty pages. They want an independent technical assessment, because the technical part is hard to evaluate without architects in-house.
So we start with the problem. You describe it, and within 30 minutes we tell you what of it fits into the sprint and what comes as a build-out – in writing, before the invoice.
A running system in your environment.
Why eight weeks are possible: authentication, synchronisation, catalogue management and ERP hand-off exist as proven modules from our own products. We build what is different about your case.
Every phase has a result you can see.
Afterwards: a trial phase with real users (2–4 weeks). Then either milestone-based build-out, monthly development – or hand-over to your own team. The architecture is built for that hand-over from day one.
Market ranges in the DACH region, as of 2026 – a frame of reference so you can evaluate the proposal on your desk.

Choose platforms and see how the scope shifts. The eight weeks stay fixed – the depth per platform changes.
The MVP Sprint is a fixed-price offer for custom software: in eight weeks a senior software architect designs and builds a running system consisting of web frontend, Android app, backend and database for 9,500 €. The scope is fixed in writing before work starts; the system is handed over running and documented in your environment.
9,500 € fixed, agreed before we start. The price covers the entire scope agreed in writing. Requests beyond it are quoted separately – in writing, before they are implemented. Running costs such as hosting or app store fees are paid by you directly to the respective provider.
Authentication, synchronisation, catalogue management and ERP hand-off exist as proven modules from our own products QuickSelect and Krisis. We build what is different about your case. The sprint includes a scope bounded in writing; everything beyond it we offer as a build-out – agreed before you pay.
“Finished” is defined before we start: the scope is fixed in writing, and within that scope we deliver at the fixed price. Everything beyond it is quoted separately. So it is clear at every point what finished means.
Yes. ERP integration is one of the selectable platform options in the sprint. Which ERP you run is secondary: we match the integration to the interfaces your system offers – API, file export or database access. From QuickSelect we bring experience with ERP interfaces and SAP integrations. The ERP remains the system of record.
Yes, as a build-out after the sprint – milestone-based or on a retainer. The MVP Sprint itself includes web and Android. If iOS should be part of it from the start, we agree that separately alongside the sprint – in writing, before we begin.
First a trial phase with real users (2–4 weeks). Then you decide: milestone-based build-out, monthly development on a retainer – or hand-over to your own team. Documentation and credentials are maintained for that case from the start; rights to the code are agreed in the contract.
You bring the industry knowledge, we bring the architecture. You know your processes; we turn that knowledge into a system that holds up. That division is exactly why the software fits the operation in the end.
