Access data

We, the service, website operator or page provider, collect data about accesses to the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (see german Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and store them as “server log files” on the website server. The following data is logged in this way:

  • Visited website
  • Time at the time of access
  • Amount of data sent in bytes
  • Source/reference from which you came to the site
  • Browser used
  • Operating system used
  • IP address used
  • Email Address

The server log files are stored for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to be able to clarify cases of abuse. If data must be retained for evidentiary reasons, it is exempt from deletion until the incident has been finally clarified.

Handling of contact data

How long are the information named above are stored

We store billing and contract information collected as long as german tax law requires us to do so. All other information is stored for at least as long as the business contracts holds plus another 3 calendar years. By law anyone is allowed to request us to delete all collected data about the requesting party. However it should be noticed, that whenever that happens, no further business can be conducted with said party and all information will at least be present until termination of existing contracts.
